How do I enroll online to access my accounts?

To enroll and access your accounts online, simply fill out the online enrollment form, print, sign and mail to: First Whitney Bank, PO Box 271, Atlantic, IA 50022. Or you can drop of at either of our locations. We will process your paperwork and you will receive your username and password within one week. Once you receive that information you may start accessing your accounts through our online banking. Please keep the password we send you in a secure place. If you ever need to reset your password you will need the original one we send you.

How do I access mobile banking?

Once you have enrolled and been given access to online banking, you can download the app from online banking. Just go to services on the left side and choose Mobiliti. Instructions can be found here: Mobile App Banking

How do I deposit checks through my mobile banking?

Stop by either location and fill out a mobile deposit application. Once you are approved, you will be able to use your mobile app to deposit a check directly into your account.
