Effective May 1, 2026, when accessing Online Banking, Cash Management, or Mobile Banking you will no longer be asked a security question. Instead, you will be sent a one-time passcode (OTP) to your email on file to access the application. The only exception is if you use biometric based logins on your smart phone (thumb print or face recognition). Please make sure we have your correct email on file by signing on to your online banking through our website and at the top right corner under “Profile” you can choose email-edit to display your current email. Be sure to check your spam folder if the code is not coming to your inbox.
